Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

At Combat Australia our buy price includes shipping for Aussie customers. That's right you pay absolutely, nothing, free, nudda, nought.

We don’t have a crystal ball but we’ll do everything in our control to get the items to you as fast as possible. 

Approximate Delivery Times

  • Sydney - 2 to 4 business days
  • Central Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle - 3 to 5 business days
  • Regional NSW, QLD, VIC, SA - 3 to 7 business days
  • Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane - 3 to 6 business days
  • North Queensland, WA, NT, Perth and Darwin - 4 to 9 business days

The above is for in stock items purchased from the Combat Australia website. Time is calculated from when payment is received by Combat Australia and not from the time the thought first entered your mind. This does not include customers with specific day/time delivery requirements. Please note the above time frames are just an estimate and somethimes take longer. If you are worried, please email directly to follow up. 

Ships within 24 hours means Monday-Friday or business days (meaning not on public holidays). If you purchase over the weekend or after 2pm on Friday, your item may only be shipped next business day (Monday) and placed in that days postage run.

*PLEASE note Australia Post are currently experiencing some longer than usual wait times, due to staff not being able to work durning COVID lockdowns. If your item takes a little longer than usual we do apologise. 


Returns Policy

We get it, things happen. In the rare instance that your product is faulty, damaged or you for some reason you are not a happy camper, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we’ll get it sorted. Faulty and or damaged items will be refunded in full after proof of fault and return of item.

Change of mind purchases can be refunded less postage costs and transaction fees. All returned items must be in brand new, unused, resellable and boxed condition. If you damage your item by your own hand you may not be entitled for a refund. However we are here to help and will be in contact once notified. 

Please allow up to 10 days for us to process the return and refund.

There are some instances where you may not be entitled for a refund. For instance if you dry fire your bow or strip bolts when trying to adjust your bow. If you are ever unsure, please contact us so we can help you through any process or adjustment.
